We picked this beautiful airbnb for our annual family reunion and it was perfect! Backyard, number of rooms, and lots of activities for all ages (toys, books, foosball, bball, pool, etc). The host was super responsive and helpful when we had questions. We’re definitely coming back!

We had the most wonderful stay at this vacation house! It was absolutely perfect for our family — spacious, clean, and stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking meals, and the bedrooms were comfortable for both adults and kids. The outdoor space was a huge bonus — plenty of room for the kids to play while we relaxed! The location was ideal — close to the beach but still quiet and peaceful. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made check-in/out a breeze. We felt very welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a family-friendly getaway spot, this is it! We made so many great memories here and can’t wait to come back.

The Ice Cream Villa was an unforgettable experience! The host, Mandy, was very responsive and proactive, making sure we had everthing we needed. It’s rare to find a host who makes you feel so welcome. The villa itself is an absolute dream. The house and its resort-like backyard truly exceeded all of our expectations. Every detail, from the themed bedrooms to the amazing amenities, was perfect. The kids and adults loved the pool and the pickleball/basketball court. We also spent some wonderful evenings laughing and roasting s'mores at the fire pit. The karaoke room was an absolute blast. It was the source of so much laughter and singing—the entire family spent hours in there, creating hilarious memories that we'll be talking about for years. The location is ideal, close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The house was spotless, fully stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun vacation. We're already planning our next trip back to this 5 star property!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The location is perfect—just a short drive to the beach—and the amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. Would definitely stay here again!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Mandy’s home. It is not only beautiful but also so convenient for families. She had a crib and even a playpen that we were able to use as a crib for our older baby, plus a high chair that made everything so much easier for us. The playroom was such a highlight, my toddler loved going in there and picking toys from the shelves, it made him so happy. These thoughtful details made our trip very special and so comfortable. The backyard and pool were also amazing for family time. Mandy was a great host and everything felt welcoming from the start. We would be happy to come back again and highly recommend this home.

The place was exactly like the pictures! The house was perfect for me and my friends and it was homey and there was so much space for us and the beds were super comfortable and the outside was so nice with the pool and space. Mandy is a great host and is super responsive and answered all of our questions and concerns, highly recommend

lovely house my kids love the pool and the backyard is amazing i would recommend anyone who has a large group to book this place very closed to clearwater beach amazing experience

We loved our stay! The ice cream house was such a fun and unique idea, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and spending time together. Everything was nice, cozy, and the host was wonderful. Highly recommend!

I was in town for work and turned the trip into a vacation with my small family and dogs. This place was perfect for that. The host is very responsive and the listing and just how it is described. Close to all of the local attractions, great food and 20-30 minutes to downtown Orlando. There’s the world of food trucks right down the street as well. Will be back if I need.

If I could give Mandy 10 starts I would! We almost cried the last day because we were going to miss this house & the backyard views! The house was super clean and was fully stocked on everything our family needed to feel at home. The backyard was a dream! We wake up, take the kids out for a swim & just enjoy the whole house together. The kids also entertained themselves with lizards & a toad they would find outside & even made little houses for them. Mandy took into consideration everything a family could need while on their trip! We had a beach day and were able to utilize the beach mat, umbrella, & two chairs! The kids had a variety of toys & games inside! Our family of 13 planned to make food almost every day. Mandy was so considerate & kind to make sure we were fully stocked with bowls & pans needed for our stay. The icecream villa was the perfect house & we will definitely be back when coming to Clearwater! We’re so lucky to have dealt with the sweetest Mandy! 5 star home!
