A noise monitor is onsite to help maintain respectful noise levels, especially during quiet hours (9PM-9AM). The host will reach out to the guest to reduce the noise. If the noise level continues to be loud, 10 mins after the first warning, we reserve the right to charge a fine of $500 and cancel the reservation immediately without any refund. Do not trespass on neighbors' properties, disturb the neighbors or ring their doorbell. If anything goes onto a neighbor's property, let us know and we'll get it back. - Please book if you’re the main guest who will stay in our house. You must be 21+ to book our house. Do NOT have someone else book for you. ID of the main guest who booked the house will be required to share a photo ID and a rental agreement will need to be signed after reservation is confirmed. Pets: We’re happy to welcome up to 4 well-behaved dogs ($75/ per pet) up to 50 lbs and at least 1 year of age (sorry - no puppies). Exceptions may be considered on a case by case basis and must be pre-approved by us. Dogs must be crate trained and please clean up after your dog. No cats or other pets. Any animal wastes found in the house or in the backyard within our property will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $300. Pets are not allowed on uncovered bedding or furniture. We can provide pet blankets for use on beds and furniture, if requested. House linens and blankets may NOT be used as pet bedding. ***Any unapproved pet (pets, emotional support pets or Service Animal) without communication with us prior to booking will result in a fine of $250 per pet. - Smoking, vaping, and drug use are not allowed anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors. We kindly ask guests to step off the property if they wish to smoke or vape, or to wait until they are in a public area. ***If cigarette butts are found anywhere on the property, including inside the house or in the backyard, patio, or pool areas, a $500 fine will be requested. ***Do not leave food and drinks unattended in the outdoor area such as the outdoor dining table and fire pit area. No food and drinks stay outside overnight. - No “airbnb” outside service providers (chief, personal trainer, photographer, massage therapist, etc) are allowed on this property. - The pool is not fenced in and we ask that you DO NOT leave children unsupervised in the backyard. - Pink 🍦room: The pink slide is only for kids 8 years old or younger. No teenagers or adults should use the pink slide 🛝. If the slide is found damaged or broken by an adult/ teenager guest, a replacement fee of $800 will be requested by the host. - Grill Use: Please do NOT use charcoal in the grill under any circumstances. Using charcoal will damage the grill, resulting in costly repairs or replacement. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fee for the replacement cost. - Propane: Kindly close the propane tanks after use. We do not supply propane but if there is an empty propane at our property, refills are available at the Walmart/ Publix mins away. When bringing an empty propane tank to exchange, it cost 50% less than buying a brand new tank. Roughly $25-$30 to exchange for a refill. - Early Check in and Late check out without our approval will be subject to a penalty of $50 per every 30 mins. - Pickleball court: Our pickleball court can be converted to a basketball area by removing the two pickleball posts and the net.
