We loved our stay! The ice cream house was such a fun and unique idea, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and spending time together. Everything was nice, cozy, and the host was wonderful. Highly recommend!

I was in town for work and turned the trip into a vacation with my small family and dogs. This place was perfect for that. The host is very responsive and the listing and just how it is described. Close to all of the local attractions, great food and 20-30 minutes to downtown Orlando. There’s the world of food trucks right down the street as well. Will be back if I need.

If I could give Mandy 10 starts I would! We almost cried the last day because we were going to miss this house & the backyard views! The house was super clean and was fully stocked on everything our family needed to feel at home.
The backyard was a dream! We wake up, take the kids out for a swim & just enjoy the whole house together. The kids also entertained themselves with lizards & a toad they would find outside & even made little houses for them.
Mandy took into consideration everything a family could need while on their trip!
We had a beach day and were able to utilize the beach mat, umbrella, & two chairs! The kids had a variety of toys & games inside! Our family of 13 planned to make food almost every day. Mandy was so considerate & kind to make sure we were fully stocked with bowls & pans needed for our stay.
The icecream villa was the perfect house & we will definitely be back when coming to Clearwater! We’re so lucky to have dealt with the sweetest Mandy! 5 star home!

Mandy’s place was so magical and had everything our family could want for our vacation. I loved the decor, themed room, and amenities and would recommend her home to anyone else traveling to the Kissimmee area!

We had a fantastic stay. Our party was 11 between two families. We were very comfortable in the house. The central location of the house made it easy to get around. The backyard was amazing it was spacious, relaxing, and the kids loved the pool. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this house.

Our weekend stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Everything was just as described, if not better. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be staying again. Highly recommend!

Mandy is a wonderful host. The backyard is amazing and has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation, especially if you’re traveling with teenagers. The location is perfect—close to Clearwater Beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. I would definitely recommend this place!”

Mandy was extremely communicative and we love that we had the option to do an early check in. Would have loved to stay a few more days to enjoy all the amenities! We spent a lot of time in the pool and the backyard was so fun! We had a group of 5 couples and all of us had a comfy king size bed. I couldn’t find another comparable option on Airbnb- this is a one of a kind property. An awesome option for families with kids or couples too. You’ll love it!

This house seemed to good to be true, but it is exactly how the photos look! The decor of the home is beautiful and thought out with the ice cream theme! The amenities kept all the kids and adults entertained for hours! The backyard was huge, and the pool was the kids favorite part! The property is close to stores, and beaches which made doing things easy for us! Mandy was very attentive, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Her responses from first booking and throughout the whole trip was refreshing to know the host cared about how things were going. The home came equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms were big, and the beds were comfy. The mosquitos outside at night were annoying but we were outside and there were citronella candles to use! We loved this home, from the decor, the location, the amenities to how responsive Mandy was! We will book again!

We enjoyed this stylish, comfortable, fun and beautiful home. The beds were very comfortable, with high quality bedding/linens. The home had a peaceful energy about, needless to say we highly enjoyed it. We highly recommend.
