No food and drinks stay outside overnight. - No “airbnb” outside service providers (chief, personal trainer, photographer, massage therapist, etc) are allowed on this property. - The pool is not fenced in and we ask that you DO NOT leave children unsupervised in the backyard. - Pink 🍦room: The pink slide is only for kids 8 years old or younger. No teenagers or adults should use the pink slide 🛝. If the slide is found damaged or broken by an adult/ teenager guest, a replacement fee of $800 will be requested by the host. - Grill Use: Please do NOT use charcoal in the grill under any circumstances. Using charcoal will damage the grill, resulting in costly repairs or replacement. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fee for the replacement cost. - Propane: Kindly close the propane tanks after use. We do not supply propane but if there is an empty propane at our property, refills are available at the Walgreens 5 mins away. When bringing an empty propane tank to exchange, it cost 50% less than buying a brand new tank.
